Automated Barkhausen noise systems are tailored for offline use, where samples are manually loaded but the measurement cycle itself is fully automated. Two primary platforms are:
- For Camshafts: CamScan 500C
- For Gears: GearScan 500

- Automated system for small to medium circular symmetrical parts such as passenger car shafts
- Programmable measurement positioning via EasyScan software
- Ability to connect two sensors
- A sensor carrier with automated X/Z axes
- Part indexing lasers and integrated cabinets with safety interlocks
GearScan 500
- Provides ease-of-use achieved with full automation but with the size, cost and simplicity of a manual gauge
- Programmable measurement positioning with EasyGear software
- Sensor fixture can be changed easily without any tools by the manual tool changer
